We had a brief conversation with human mother Janes Cua to learn more about her adorable Shih Tzu. “Panginging is about 3 months old now, and she is the daughter of my dog named Baobei,” she said. “She slept like that since the day she was born. I posted her pictures online for fun but never expected her to become a viral sensation.”
